Be Active Tri Cities


The “Be Active Tri-Cities” Community Challenge invites all community members to participate in a virtual challenge to promote active an lifestyle during the month of March! All active minutes count (not just running/walking), so let’s get moving Tri-Cities! All participants receive a long-sleeved shirt. While there is a personal goal of 200 minutes a week to help motivate and to give you a goal to strive for, there are no requirements and no awards given for personal goals so that you can customize it based on your needs.

Want to compete as a team against others? A special prize will be given to the team with the average most active minutes - so gather your co-workers, your family, or the people you see walking at the REC and create your team! If you don't have a team, we can add you to one! Or if you prefer to just record your minutes for yourself - that's okay too!
